Age for buying propane in CT? For airsoft purposes?

So instead of spending tons of money on green gas, i got a propane adapter for my gas blowback pistol. But, i need to know where i can buy propane and if i need to be a certain age. I think the common ones are coleman brands, and they're in a green "bottle". Can anyone help? Thanks!
