I need to know if this person likes me or he just wants sex?

ive been talking to this guy for a little while and most of the time he starts the conversation off and although we live in the same town ive never seen him before and whenever he talks to me he always mentions that we need to meet up but he talks kinda dirty to me and calls me beautiful and sexy and he always mentions sex as well and i know that he wants to have sex with me because he makes it so obvious and hes saying we should sort of. I dont know what to do, should i stop talking to him or should i give him a chance because he might be kinda nice?
