I have dirty blonde hair, how do I get it to go PLATINUM?

im a dirty blonde to and my hair is exactly like that i think that you should just go to the salon and have them do what you want then 2 do and if money is tight try and find a friend to dye it how you want for you bleaching it is actually a good idea because it dosnt damage it that bad but it still gives it a good look good luckk (:
