Why are mexican fans so ridiculously low-class?

i'm watching the under-17 world cup - usa vs. germany, and whenever USA gets the ball all of these dirty punk mexicans whistle and scream against them. what is wrong with you people? even when you aren't playing, you're completely obnoxious. low-class pieces of crap
