Duke nukem foever not responding?

Look for the launch file for the game (you may want to do a bit of research on how to do so since I cannot explain it) and right-click it. Click on Properties and select Compatibility. Choice from Compatibility Mode Windows XP Service Pack 1. That should fix the problem.
