I feel bad because a friend?

because i don't know what i have done wrong in all truthfulness because i have not been talking dirty to my friend or she has not done the same back to me or doing much wrong just talking every day she will still talk to me from her other fb account. but her boy friend has made her delete her face book account i don't understand i just feel bad that she has had to do it because of me.
