Please advice me...........?

hello everyone.........am studying B.tech 3rd year..........i had a backlog in my 2 nd year 1st sem ......but ive cleared it.......now ive got another backlog in my 2 nd year 2 nd sem.......If i clear even this backlog... and score well in my 3rd year nd 4th year(without any more backs)...ie; getting a aggreagate of 75% in my B.tech......will i get admitted into US universities like Duke,USC,darmouth.....etc...........(con… good score in GRE nd TOEFL)
