Why the limited number of has-been celebrity hosts on The World's Dumbest?

when there are so many other b-list celebrities to choose from? The World's Dumbest on True TV is hosted by b-list celebrities such as Tanya Harding and Todd Bridges. So how about other has-beens such as Gary Coleman and Dana Plato? They are definitely stupid enough to be on the show. Other possible hosts could include Andrew Koenig who played "Bon3r" on growing pains, Corey Haim and Brad Renfro. Why doesn't True TV get some of these other losers to host the show?
