I wanna go to the pool but...?

I really wanna go tomorrow I got my bathing suit I'm 20 years old.. But one problem I got psoriasis on my both knees it's so embarrassing what should I do :( you know in this world Ppl are so mean and give u dirty looks I feel so self conscious :(
