What should I wear to work experience to a vets?

They sent me a letter saying what I'd be doing and stuffs but only said about clothes "no denim or hoodies, casual but smartm and okay to get dirty." I'm not really sure what would be best. Suggestions please? :) (The only trousers I have are jeans, leggings and trackies) & would red canvas shoes be okay?
