What is his true intention?

Know tis guy through online dating site. We talked a lot through text, in the beinning he was very perssistent and we talk casually but ended up talking dirty to each other after a while. He asked to meet me more than once but i never say yes giving him a reason that im busy maybe in few more weeks. He talk to another girl during the time and ask me if he should meet her first before meeting me. And i said if u want to thats fine, if we r meant to meet then we will. After a while he changed a bit and finally he decided not to talk to me anymore and date the other girl. I ask why but he never reply or answer my phone. He ignored me until like almost a month he write me an email and we finally talk again through instant messenger because im oversea currently. I asked his reason and he said he ignored me because he wants to focus on the other girl, but it didnt go too well with her. When we talk most of it is only dirty talks and sometimes he just signed off without saying bye. But he said he cant wait to meet me. And that he is not ready for relationship right now and just want to be friends. So does this mean he doesnt like ( interested in) me? And just want to be friends with benefit with me? No mean answers pls thanks
