What is the best longboard deck for sliding?

Ok, so i am 5'3 and 130 pounds and i want a longboard with medium flex (for my weight) about 35 inches and is great for slides (standups, colemans, etc.) Also, if you could, please suggest a good truck to go along with it. Thanks.
