Trying to figure out what this old 90s game is called?help?

I say 90's cause i played it in the 90s so it could be older but its HIGHWAY something and it was this blackish car on the high way and each level you had to pass cars and shoot them and i remember the last level was super hard and you had to kill this mega car?or something it took forever ... i thought it was called highway to hell but couldnt find it ..,,.. this is about the same time i was playing the old duke nukem game
