My boyfriends house is REALLY dirty?

it has always been dirty he lives with his dad and brother. there are dirty dishes everywhere, crumbs on the ground. clutter everywhere, the bathroom is a whole other story. lets just say nothing is clean or neat. It is hard to enjoy myself going over there because of it. I feel very uncomfortable and unclean there. He says his dad or brother dont clean up but it could be him too. He is clean though. , he showers alot and has good hygiene it is just the house. I want to be comfortable there but it is kinda impossible? please help :(
