Know one knows this artist. Help!?

In late 1998 I was at a dance club and heard a lady speaking in both spanish and english...it had a latin beat and was you could dance to it. The lady sounded hot and was saying a lot of dirty sexy stuff. Some parts of the song were cut out.....the last part of the song ends with just music no words...please help!
