How to get white people hair if your black?

if you have black people hair (afro texture) how can you get hair EXACTLY like white peoples silky straight hair that flows and is soft and stuff. oprah has it and so does keke palmer and zendaya coleman. look up pictures and videos of them and there black but have hair just like white peoples hair. what do they do???
