How do you make the "Wah" noise in dubstep?

Talking about in FL Studio 9, like the sounds that many dirty dubstep songs have in them (such as Chrispy.) I have looked it up on Youtube, but cannot find it. If anyone can send a link or anything would be very appreciated.
