Have black sexual assault victims been hurt by the recent lies?

The stripper lied about being sexually assaulted by the white Duke lacross players. Now the African housekeeper lied about being assaulted by the french presidential guy. Should the black community especially the women protest these women who have made it harder for real victims to be believed?
