Can the salon return me to my natural color?

My natural hair is dirty blonde but for a few months I dyed it black. It faded to a medium darkish brown and a couple days ago I used Color Oops which turned my hair orange. I just dyed my hair with a light brown and it took out the orange but my hair is still dark. So, if I go to a salon, can they return my hair to dirty blonde?
